摘要
本文从显微注射法、逆转录病毒感染法、胚胎干细胞法、精子载体法和体细胞核移植法等5个方面回顾了建立转基因动物的方法,同时综述了其研究进展,并对其前景进行了展望。
Inthisarticletheauthorreviewsthecurrentlyprevailingtechniquesinproducingtransgenicanimalswithrecountof thoseemployingmicroinjection,retrovirusinfection,embryonicstemcells,spermvectorsandnucleitransferof somaticcells.Theprospectiveof thesetechniquesarealso dealtwithinbrief.
