摘要
目的 探讨细胞粘附分子是否参与肝移植热缺血再灌注这一病理损伤过程。方法 实验以大鼠供肝获取前经历的心脏停搏时间 0、30和 6 0 min分为 3组 ,分别为 HB组、NHBD- 30组和 NHBD- 6 0组 ,而后行大鼠原位肝移植 ,每组各 2 0对。于术后 1、3、6和 2 4 h处死取材 ,分别检测血清中 TNF-α和 ICAM- 1的表达、以及肝组织中 ICAM- 1的表达。结果 随着供肝经历的热缺血时间的不断延长 ,术后血清中 TNF-α和 ICAM- 1的表达、以及肝组织中 ICAM- 1的表达呈上升趋势。结论 ICAM-
Objective To investigate whether adhesion molecule participates in the warm ischemia reperfusion injury of liver transplantation.Methods Rat liver transplantation was performed in 3 groups with 20 pairs in each (HB,NHBD 30 and NHBD 60),according to the non heart beating time 0,30 or 60 minutes before donor liver harvested.Recipients were sacrificed for sample collection 1,3,6 and 24 hours after operation.Blood samples were collected for the measurement of TNF α and ICAM 1 and ICAM 1 expression on hepatic allografts were also observed.Results With the increasing warm ischemia time donor liver exposed,TNF α and ICAM 1 values in serum,as well as ICAM 1 expression on hepatic allograft were eleva ted after transplantation.Conclusions ICAM 1 takes part in warm ischemia reperfusion injury of liver transplantation.
