经济全球化、信息化进程的加速,使得区域与城市日益暴露在复杂的全球竞争环境中。由于信息技术的时空压缩,各种流的运动,导致一系列新的区域城市现象的出现。
With rapid economicglobalization and informatization,region or city is more and more ex-posed to complex global competitiveenvironment. Time and spatialcompression, and various flows,which are due to improvement of in-formation technology, have inducedsome new urban and regionalphenomena. From global to locallevel, the paper reviews these newphenomena.
