This paper has made a study on the concept and characteristic of the enterprise solidification, set forth four elements which form the enterprise solidification, expounded the relationship between the solidification and enterprise vitality, put forward, nine targets used to appraise the enterprise solidification and made a probe to strengthen the enterprise solidifcation.
