摘要
本文研究了70钢扁丝球化退火的一种新工艺——真空球化退火,介绍了真空球化退火的设备及其特性,分析和讨论了扁丝退火质量的影响因素,并得出了最佳工艺参数。
A study is carried out on vacuum spheroidizing of 70 steel flat wire,and an outline of vacuum spheroidizing equipment and its characteristic are given.The optimizing technological parameters of vacuum spheroidizing of flat wire are presented on basis of analysis and discussion of the factors influencing annealing quality.
