摘要 本文研究了将恒电位充电曲线的电化学测量方法应用于评价金属有机涂层的防护性能。这个测量方法能在100秒内完成,因此可以避免由电位的漂移和阻抗的改变所引起的测量误差。实验测量结果与涂装金属的盐雾和人造海水浸泡实验有较好的一致性。它是评价金属上有机涂层防护性能行之有效的电化学测量方法。 deals with the rapid constant potential charging curve method for estimating the protective properties of the organic coating on the metal substrate. The measurement can be completed in about 100sec, and so the problems due to potential drift or change in impedance are avoided. The results are consistant with the results of sult spray test and artificial sea water immersed test. It is an efficient electrochemical measuring method for evaluating the protective poperties of the organic coating on metals.
