静电复印用感光材料的研究进展

Research progress of photosensitive materials applied in electrophotography

综述了感光材料的基本要求及其研究发展过程 ,重点介绍了 OPC感光材料和 α- Si光导材料 ,但 α- Si光导材料的生产工艺和成本问题有待解决 .研究开发这两种材料是今后的方向 .

In this paper,the primary requirements and the development progress of the photosensitive materials were summarised. Both the OPC photosensitive materials and the α-Si photoconductive materials were introduced with emphasis, which present the researching and developing trends of the materials in the future.
