摘要 目的 :探讨用TSRH脊柱系统内固定和加压植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折。方法 :采用TSRH内固定并加压植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折 18例。分别测量术前、术后、近期随访的X线片上椎体前、后缘高度以及Cobb角及术前、近期随访CT上椎管后正中矢状径。计算出椎体被压缩及椎管狭窄改善的程度。结果 :随访 19~ 30个月 ,本组优 10例 ,良 5例 ,可 3例 ,绝大多数患者获得了正常的脊柱生理曲度。随访期内无大的复位丧失及断钉发生。结论 :用TSRH和加压植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折可获得良好的复位和纠正畸形。 Objective : To research on TSRH spinal instrumentation and pressed graft for thoracolumbar spine fractures. Methods: Instrumentation with TRSH spinal system and pressed grafts were adopted to treat 18 patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures. Plain roentgenography was performed before and after surgery, and during the latest follow up. Computed tomography was also performed before and during the latest follow up .The improvement to body collapse and narrowing of canal were calculated through measurements of anterior and posterior body heights, Cobb angle and of midsagittal diameter of canal. Results: All patients were followed up of 19 30 months, most of whom had an anatomic alignment. There was minimal loss of reduction but no broken screws during the follow up period. Excellent result was achieved in 10 cases, good in 5 and fair in 3. Overall outcome was satisfactory. Conclusions: TSRH and pressed grafts for thoracolumbar spine fractures provided satisfactory maintenance of correction.
