摘要
陕西勉略阳三角区锰矿属低磷低铁 ,高硅或高磷低铁氧化锰矿。经长沙矿冶研究院DPMS永磁强磁选机一次磁选试验证实 ,在给矿粒级 - 6mm时 ,可将手选锰矿品位提高 4~ 8个百分点 ,锰回收率 90 % ;将跳汰精矿锰品位提高 10个百分点 ,锰回收率 91% ;将跳汰尾矿锰品位提高 9个百分点 ,锰回收率 90 %。提示本地区小型锰选厂应将现有的手选 。
Manganese ore in the delta of Mina county Lveyang county Yangpingguan of Shaanxi is manganese oxide ore, which has low phosphorus and iron, or low phosphorus and iron and high silicon, or low iron and high phosphorus. The manganese separation with DPMS drum permanent high intensity magnetic separator of ChangSha Research Institute of mining and metallurgy proves that when the size of ore is -6 mm, the manganese grade of manual mineral separation can increase 4%~8%, with 90% of recovery rate; the manganese grade of jigging concentrate increase 10%, with 91% of recovery rate; the grade of jigging tailings increase 9%, with 90% of recovery rate. It is suggested in this essay that the present single processing flloosheet-manual separation and jigging in local small-scale manganese ore dressing plants should be transformed into that with extensive magnet separation as its main body.
