制备条件对球形Ni(OH)_2物理性能的影响

Effects of Preparation Conditions on Physical Properties of Spherical Ni(OH)_2

研究了合成pH值、合成温度、陈化温度、干燥温度对球形Ni(OH) 2 物理性能的影响 ,结果表明 :要制得物理性能较好 (BET比表面、d0 0 1、FWHM10 1、I0 0 1/I10 1值较大 ,SO2 -4等杂质含量低 )的球形Ni(OH) 2 ,控制合成pH值为 11 0～ 11 30、合成温度为 5 0～ 6 0℃左右、陈化温度为 6 5～ 80℃、干燥温度在 115℃～

The effect of composing pH value,composing temperature,aging temperture,and desiccation temperature on the physical properties of spherical Ni(OH) 2 are studied.Results showed that in order to control composing pH value with in of 11 0～11 30,aging temperature should be 65～80℃,desiccation temperature should be 115～135℃ are suitable for obtaining spherical Ni(OH) 2 with large BET specific area,d 001 ,FWHM 101 ,and I 001 /I 101 ,and with low content of SO 2- 4.
