摘要
研究了合成pH值、合成温度、陈化温度、干燥温度对球形Ni(OH) 2 物理性能的影响 ,结果表明 :要制得物理性能较好 (BET比表面、d0 0 1、FWHM10 1、I0 0 1/I10 1值较大 ,SO2 -4等杂质含量低 )的球形Ni(OH) 2 ,控制合成pH值为 11 0~ 11 30、合成温度为 5 0~ 6 0℃左右、陈化温度为 6 5~ 80℃、干燥温度在 115℃~
The effect of composing pH value,composing temperature,aging temperture,and desiccation temperature on the physical properties of spherical Ni(OH) 2 are studied.Results showed that in order to control composing pH value with in of 11 0~11 30,aging temperature should be 65~80℃,desiccation temperature should be 115~135℃ are suitable for obtaining spherical Ni(OH) 2 with large BET specific area,d 001 ,FWHM 101 ,and I 001 /I 101 ,and with low content of SO 2- 4.
