Study on the Surface of Titanium Carbide Particle Packaged Nickel

摘要 本文研究了在(NbTi)C颗粒表面均匀包覆金属Ni微粒的两种工艺,一是用化学镀法,二是用有机镍分解法。通过采用XRD、DTA/TG、SEM、EPMA等分析手段对包覆粉末进行了分析。实验结果表明,两种工艺制备的包覆粉未,分散性好,分布均匀,沉积在(NbTi)C颗粒表面的金属Ni微粒呈球状,粒径为0.1μm左右。比较了两种工艺的优缺点,其中有机镍分解法是一种很有前途的方法,该方法在国内外文献中还没有见过报道,具有工艺简便,设备投资少,能进行定量包覆,无环境污染等优点。 Two kinds of peckaged process by nickel on the surface of titanium carbide particle were stud- ied in this work. One is the chemical nickel-plating,the other is the organometallic compound decom- position. The composition,structure and morphology of packaged powder was analyzed with XRD, DTA/TGA,SEM,EPMA etc. It has been shown that nickel was even dispered on the surface of tita- nium carbide partide by two kinds of process,deposited nickel exists as spherical particles of about 0.1μm in diameter. The merits and demerits of two kinds of process have been compared, organometallic compound decomposition among them is a kind of hopeful method,which is not used by other researchers.
