摘要
介绍了无料钟炉顶的工艺特点 ,炉顶布料设备的工艺流程 ,重点以炼铁厂 2号高炉为例 ,讲述了无料钟炉顶布料模型的改进 ,通过布料溜槽及下料闸等设备控制方式的改进 ,自动化系统的完善 ,实现了角度布料及料流量补偿 ,达到了布料模型优化的目的。
The present paper introduces the process features of the bell-less top and the process flow of the furnace top burden distribution equipments,emphatically eluciating the improvement in the bell-less top burden distribution model,in which the burden distribution in angle and compensation of the burden flow are realized by improvement in the mode of control on the equipments such as the chute and slide damper and perfection of the automatic system and the purpose of optimization of the burden distribution is thus arrived at.
