摘要
自蔓延高温合成方法(简称SHS)是六十年代末期发展起来的一种制备材料的新方法。本文着重介绍了SHS过程的特点、有关的理论基础和多种技术手段,以及我们在这方面做的一些工作。
Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis(SHS) as a new method for the preparation of materials was developed in the 1960's. In this paper, the characteristics, the basic theory and technologies relevent to SHS,some work on the process done by ourselves are reviewed.
