浅谈科技、经济与环境的协调发展

Harmonious Development of Environment and S & T and Economy

就经济与环境的协调发展以及科技进步在促进经济持续发展和保护生态环境方面的作用等问题进行简要论述。由此阐明经济发展必须以环境的良性循环为基础,而促进经济的可持续发展和保护生态环境必须依靠科技进步。

The paper describes briefly the harmonious development of environment and S & T and economy and effect of science and technology progress on promoting sustained economy development and protecting ecological envi-ronment.Thus it is expounded that economic development must be based on virtuous environrnenal cycling, and promotion of sustained economic development and the protection of ecological environment must reply on science and technology progress.
