血小板活化因子的生物学特征及其拮抗剂 被引量:9

摘要 血小板活化因子 (PlateletActivatingFactor,PAF)是一种具有广泛生物活性的炎症介质。近年对它的基础生物学方面的研究不断深化。本文将对PAF的生物学活性、受体信号转导机制、及拮抗剂的开发应用等方面的研究概况作一综述。
