纤溶酶原激活系统与肿瘤转移 被引量:3

摘要 纤溶酶原活化剂 (PlasminogenActivator,PA)分为尿激酶型 (Urokinase ,uPA)和组织型 (TissuePA ,tPA)两种 ,二者水解纤溶酶原转变为纤溶酶 (plasmin) ,纤溶酶使纤维蛋白 (原 )降解。许多实验证明恶性肿瘤细胞具有浸润或转移的特征 ,其纤溶酶及活化剂的表达都较高 ,通过抑制肿瘤细胞纤溶酶原激活系统 ,可以降低肿瘤细胞的转移特征 ,为恶性肿瘤治疗开辟了一条新途径。测定肿瘤患者血浆tPA、uPA的含量 ,对于判断肿瘤是否转移、临床分期和预后 ,可能有着重要价值。
