摘要
血小板源生长因子 (PDGF)是机体内主要的促分裂剂和趋化剂之一 ,PDGF是一个二聚体家族 ,至少由四种不同的基因表达产物组成。最近 ,PDGF B链的基因转录调控日益受到重视 ,一些顺式调控元件和相应的反式作用因子已被证实。
