Cox-2抑制剂抗血管生成、抗肿瘤活性及其在癌症防治中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 在炎症情况下 ,前列腺素前体释放增加 ,导致前列腺素水平增高。在Cox 1(Cyclooxygenase 1,环氧合酶 1)或Cox 2(环氧合酶 2 )的作用下 ,花生四烯酸可转化为前列腺素。最近的研究表明 ,在人类结肠、乳腺、前列腺等组织的肿瘤新生血管和肿瘤细胞中 ,Cox 2可诱导新生血管生成 ,对肿瘤的发生、增殖和转移起到了很大的作用。而Cox 2抑制剂可抑制Cox 2的活性 ,进而抑制肿瘤生长。本综述总结了Cox 2在多种人类肿瘤细胞中的过度表达 ,并介绍了NSAIDs(Nonsteroidalantiinflammatorydrugs非甾体抗炎药 )在肿瘤预防、治疗中的作用。
