通用模板信号扩增技术 被引量:2

摘要 CR是最常用的分子生物学诊断技术 ,但目前常用的PCR都存在种种不足 ,制约了其在临床的应用。我们在Taq man荧光PCR的基础上开发了通用模板信号扩增技术 (UT PCR)比较好的解决了传统PCR核酸模板质量容易引起的假阴性以及难以实现多基因 /多位点同时检测两大难题。UT PCR具有灵敏度高、特异性强、假阴性低 ,并能实现高通量检测 ,在临床诊断和科学研究中有广泛的应用空间。
