摘要
本文根据几年来的实践,论述了物料湿法超细粉碎的特点,提出了提高超细粉碎效率的途径:包括对物料施加快速高频外力;高浓度下加压粉碎;强化分级、窄级别磨矿;添加表面活性剂及选择合适的粉磨设备。
The paper described chracteristic of the wet ultrafine comminution of the material in accordance with multi year's practice, and proposed road for rise effeciency of the ultrafine comminution; Includes additioning foreign force with the rapid-volocity and high- frequency; Pressureed comminution with high pulp density; Intensifying classification,grinding of narrow size; Additionning surface-active agent and selecting the expedient equipment of the comminution.
