Study on the Wet-intergrinding Mechanism of Fly-ash aud Quick Lime

摘要 本文运用图象分析的方法,从统计角度研究了粉煤灰与石灰混合干磨与混合湿磨制品显微结构的差别,提出了有效托贝莫来石及有效托贝莫来石系数的定量表达式。在对比实验和晶体生长理论的基础上,指出了混合湿磨过程中生成的水化硅酸钙具有“晶核”作用。由于生长的晶核对离子具有“优先吸附”的界面作用和“优先沉淀”的结晶中心作用,克服了水热合成产物优先在孔中生长的局部化现象,减少了无效托贝莫来石数量;缓和了高浓度屏蔽作用及界面近程析晶作用,从而加速了粉煤灰、石灰、石膏的水热反应,提高了制品强度。 This paper, based on Image Analysing,compares the microstructure difference between flyash, quick lime dry and wet intergrinding, brings out the expression of effective Tobermorite and effective coefficient. On the basis of compared experiment and the theory of crystal growth, a conclusion is drawn that the CSH gel that produced in the process of wet intergrinding has nuclei effect. Nuclei have a interface effect of 'prior absorption' and the effect of 'prior precipitation' as a center of nucleation on the ions. The 'nuclei' play a role of eleminating the 'prior growth' in the pore and the nucleation-in-site effect in the surface of flyash. So wet intergrinding can accelerate the hydration of the flyash, lime and gypsum, diminish the particles' diameter of product in certain cure time and raise the number of particles,remore the hydration location and decrease the amount of ineffective Tobermorite.
