拔除T管后致胆汁性腹膜炎非手术治疗

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 18 CASES OF BILIARY PERITONITIS AFTER PULLING OUT T TUBE

目的 研究 T管拔除后胆汁性腹膜炎的微创治疗方法。方法 通过 T管窦道置管引流、B超引导下腹腔穿刺引流以及内镜鼻胆管引流。结果 18例手术患者均顺利康复出院。无 1例需行开腹手术治疗。结论 T管拔除后胆汁性腹膜炎的治疗首选微创引流方法 。

Objective To study the therapeutic methods of biliary peritonitis after pulling out T tube.Methods Three drainage methods were used,which included placement of drainage tube in the sinus tract,puncture drainage under the guidance of B ultrasound and placement of nasobiliary tube with endoscope technique.Results All of the 18 patients recovered successfully before dischange,no one needed to have an open abdominal operation.Conclusion Micro trauma drainage is the first choice to treat the biliary peritonitis after pulling out T tube,the therapeutic efficary of nasobiliary drainge with endoscope technique is certain through clinical practice.
