高度近视患者的荧光素眼底血管造影与吲哚青绿血管造影对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察高度近视患者视网膜和脉络膜的形态损害特点。方法 应用荧光素眼底血管造影和吲哚青绿脉络膜血管造影技术对 2 3例高度近视患者 ( 44只眼 )视网膜和脉络膜的组织结构进行了形态学检查 ,并对两种检查结果进行了分析。结果 ① 3 2只眼中有近视弧 ,多位于视盘颞侧 ,4只眼环绕视盘 ;② 9只眼中有视网膜色素上皮和脉络膜毛细血管萎缩相对应 ;③ 5只眼FFA和ICGA检查均发现脉络膜新生血管 ,其中 3只眼的脉络膜新生血管位于萎缩病变的边缘 ;2只眼在玻璃膜漆裂纹中 ;④ 2只眼FFA检查未发现脉络膜新生血管而在ICGA检查中发现 ;⑤ 4只眼有玻璃膜漆裂纹。结论 高度近视眼的脉络膜损害与视网膜损害有相关性 ; OBJECTIVE To observe pathological feature of retina and choroid in the patients with high myopia. METHODS Morphological examination of retina and choroid were performed in twenty-three patients (44 eyes )with high myopia by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) and indocyanine green angiography(ICGA). The results from the two examinations were analyzed. RESULTS ① Themyopia arcs were showed in 32 eyes whe arcs lied around optic disc.the four ones arcs lied around optic disc. ② The dystrophy of retinal pigment epithelium and choroids capillary was parallelism in 9 eyes.③ FFA and ICGA showed simultaneity choroid neovascularizations (CNV) in the 5 eyes, the CNV lied near the edge of choroidal dystrophy in the 3 eyes of 5 eyes, at the lacquer cracks in the 2 eyes.④ CNV did not find by FFA, however,it were found by ICGA in the 2 eyes. ⑤ Lac quer cracks were observed in the 4 eyes. CONCLUSION Choroidal damages are related to the retinal damages in the patients with high myopia, but are more severe in the choroid than in the retina.
