利用何式钩超声乳化684只白内障眼的临床体会

Phacoemulsification with He's hook in 684 cataract eyes

目的 :使用何式钩及劈核技术实施白内障超声乳化手术 ,观察其效果。方法 :采用劈核技术对白内障进行超声乳化手术共 6 72例 (6 84只眼 ) ,观察术后的视力及术中、术后并发症。结果 :术后第一天视力 >0 5者 36 4只眼 (5 3 2 2 % ) ,术后第三天视力 >0 5者 5 2 9只眼 (77 34% ) ,术后三个月视力 >0 5者 6 0 7只眼 (88 71% ) ,其中视力 >0 8者 4 0 1只眼(5 8 6 4 % ) ,术后出现轻度角膜水肿 14 1只眼 (2 0 6 5 % ) ,中度角膜水肿 5 8只眼 (8 4 7% ) ,均在术后第 3天到 1周内恢复。结论 :劈核技术利用机械力与超声能量相配合缩短了手术时间 ,减少了超声能量的副作用 ,相对简化了超声乳化的难度 ;

Objective:To evaluate the effect of using He's hook in phacoemulsificafion.Method:He's hook was used in phacoemulsificafion of 684 cataract eyes,and the final results were analysed.Results:Postoperatively,there were 364 eyes had ≥0 5 vision at first day,529 eyes at 3rd day,and 607 eyes at 3rd month.There were 401 eyes,the visual acuity reached ≥0 8.Postoperative complication was corneal edema,but it cleared up within 3 days to 1 week.Conclusion:Chopping technique shortened the operation time by the cooperation of mechanic and energy,and it also minimized the side effect of energy,reducing the difficulty of emulsification.Special design of the He's hook makes it more easily to clear up the cortex and protect the posterior lens capsule.
