摘要
介绍了1000MW核电蒸发器管板用18MND5钢的炼钢工艺设计与生产情况,总结出了脱硫同时防止回磷的操作要点。结果表明,所选择的工艺流程和参数能满足产品的技术质量要求。
The melting process and production situation of 18MND5 steel for 1000MW nuclear evapora-tor tube plate has been introduced. Operation key point has been summarized about desulphurization and preventing from rephosphorization. The result show; that the selected technological process and parameters can be met with the technical requirements.
