摘要
冷轧辊辊身表面的耐磨性、有效淬硬层深度和抗裂能力,是影响冷轧辊质量的相互关联又互为矛盾的三个因素。选用耐热裂新钢种,兼顾耐裂性与耐磨性的强韧化热处理和电渣重熔冶炼,是提高冷轧辊耐热裂性最为重要的因素。5Cr轧辊是首选材料。
The wear resistance. effective depth of hardening zone and crack resistance are three factors affecting the quality of cold rolls. they are incident and inconsistency with one another. Selecting the new steel with heat crack resistance, electroslag remelting and proper heat treatment process are the main factors improving the heat crack resistance of cold rolls. The 5Cr cold roll material is the preferred material.
