一重集团公司研制的Cr15NiMo离心复合高铬铸铁轧辊,经正火加回火处理,改善了内外层材料的组织和性能;消除了铸态铁素体;残余奥氏体量被降低到了理想的程度;残余应力得到有效地降低。从而在轧制过程中表现出良好的使用性能,毫米轧钢量为8000t左右,达到当前国外同类辊的水平,开创了老式轧机使用高铬铸铁轧辊的先例。

The centrifugal composite cast iron rolls of Cr15NiMo with high Cr content has been devel-oped by YIZHONG group company. By normalizing and tempering, the structure and performance of inner and outer layer material have been improved, the cast ferrite has been removed out, the remaining austenite has been reduced to the perfect extent. and the residual stress has been decreased effectively. The cast iron rolls have a good service performance, the steel rolling amount per mm is about 8000t to reach the abroad same roll level at present, a precedent applying the high Cr cast roll in old type mill has been started.
