摘要
我公司近几年使用的保护法是复合型保护渣,主要成分是:石墨碳、SiO_2,其次含有Al_2O_3、CaO、MgO、CaF、铁的氧化物及K、Na、Mn筹。对影响钢锭质量的主要成分的分析方法进行了研究,制定出了日常检验的系统的分析方法。该方法操作性强,准确度和精密度均符合要求。
In the past years, the protecting slag used in our company is the compounded protecting slag, the pnmary compositions of slag are graphite carbon and SiO2, the subsidiary compositions are consist of Al2O3, CaO, MgO. CaF, ferric oxide, K, Na, Mn and others. The analysis methods for primary slag compositions. influencing on ingot quality, have been researched, a systemic analysis method has been es-tablished for routine test. The operationality of systemic analysis method is better, the accuracy and preci-sion are met with reguirement.
