摘要
从电站大锻件标准出发,结合生产实际,探讨了有关汽轮机主轴和转子体锻件的热稳定性试验及主轴和转子体打中心孔等问题。认为井式炉调质是确保主轴和转子体热稳定性的关键因素。如果供需双方严格按工艺生产,并按标准检验合格,可取消或抽检“热跑”试验,也可取消打中心孔。
From the standards for heavy power forgings and the production practice, the hot stability test and centering probiem of main shaft and rotor block forgings in steam turbine has been discussed. It is agreed that the guenching and tempering in vertical pit type furnace is the key factors ensuring the hot sta-bility of main shaft and rotor block forgings.
