摘要
为探明元阳金精矿在矿浆电解条件下的氧化过程机理 ,研究黄铜矿在矿浆电解条件下的热力学。黄铜矿在氯化物溶液中的酸溶反应及硫化铜矿氧化过程热力学的研究结果表明 ,矿浆电解的条件下 ,黄铜矿能发生化学溶解。黄铜矿按反应CuFeS2 -4e=Cu2 + +Fe2 + + 2S0 与CuFeS2 -3e =Cu + +Fe2 + + 2S0 均能发生氧化溶解 ,但生成Cu+
In order to study the oxidation mechanism of Yuanyang gold concentrate in slurry electrolysis, the thermodynamics of chalcopyrite on the condition of slurry electrolysis is investigated. The thermodynamic experiment results of dissolution reaction of chalcopyrite in Cl - containing solution and oxidation of sulfide copper concentrate show that the dissolution of chalcopyrite in slurry electrolysis process is possible. The particle of chalcopyrite is not covered with sulfur film, because the process of H 2S produced in dissolving process oxidized into sulfur is not occurred on the surface of chalcopyrite, and sulfur is spread in slurry as separate particle. There are two reactions for chalcopyrite oxidation dissolution, the cuprous ion formed reaction is favorite in thermodynamics.
