摘要
利用ZJWNNC标准函数建立浮选过程药剂用量与矿浆性质之间的关系模型 ,并进行仿真试验。仿真结果表明 ,模型输出能以较高精度逼近样本数据。以模型为基础开发西林铅锌矿浮选过程药剂用量智能咨询系统 ,并进行工业试验。工业试验的结果表明 ,系统提供的药剂制度能够稳定浮选作业 ,提高回收率 。
The relation model between ore character and reagents consumption is established by using the ZJWNNC function, and the simulation is conducted in the laboratory with the results matching the samples data very well. The Intelligent Consultation System of Reagents Consumption for Xilin Lead & Zinc Mine Flotation Process is developed. The reagents consumption advised by this system stabilizes the flotation process, and increases the recoveries. It is practicable in industrial process.
