摘要
分析非均匀矿岩散体在放矿过程中的流动特点 ,提出非均匀矿岩散体计算机模拟放矿过程的思路。散体堆体由覆盖废石层和矿石层两部分组成的 ,散体颗粒的粒径组成分成 1~ 10组 ,用中间值表示每一组颗粒的粒径。颗粒看作圆形单元 ,它的移动受单元或边界之间的阻碍作用 ,运动方式有向左移动、向右移动和处于稳定平衡状态。考虑单个颗粒的速度引起的冲击作用以及颗粒间的摩擦力 ,引入调整参数来调整模拟误差。
The computer simulation of drawing process is described based on analysis of flowing characteristics of heterogeneous loose body in drawing process. The loose body consists of ore layer and mullock layer, and the size of the particles in loose body could be divided into 1~10 fractions, presented with average value. The particle is treated as ball unit, and its movement is affected by other particles or the boundary. There are three kinds of status for ball unit, moving left or right, or resting. The computer simulation error resulted in impact of single particle and friction between particles is adjusted by introduction of an adjusting parameter. The displacement of the particle is calculated circularly by ergodic process.
