摘要
通过采用可编程控制器(PLC)提取自动冲床行程次数信号 ,控制推动气缸 ,实现在多工位级进模上切断凸模的间歇工作 ,叙述了在可编程控制器环境下的间歇冲裁机构的结构及其工作过程 ,介绍了簧片零件的排样方案和模具结构。
Programmable controller was adopted to collect the stroke times signals of the automatic stamping machine so as to control the moving cylinder, therefore to realize intermittent operation of the cutting punch of the multi_position progressive die. The structure and the working process of the intermittent stamping mechanism with the programmable controller were stated. The layout pattern of the spring parts and the structure of the die were introduced.
