摘要
本文对铜基与铁铬基两个系列的合金用作一氧化钛 (TiO)基金属陶瓷仿金材料的粘结相进行了研究。结果表明 :纯Cu及Fe -Cr合金在TiO上的润湿性较差 ,不宜作TiO的粘接相。Cu中加入少量Mo、C ,可明显改善其润湿性 ,Cu -Mo -C中加入适量的Al、Ni、Si,可使合金的颜色接近黄金且有较好的耐蚀性 ,并能与TiO保持很高的界面结合强度 ,适用于TiO陶瓷的粘结相。Fe -Cr合金中加入表面活性物质A可显著改善其在TiO上的润湿性 ,抑制Fe与TiO间的界面反应 ,与TiO间形成很高的界面强度 。
Study is made on the use of Cu-based and Fe-Cr-based alloy as the binding phase of TiO-based Cermet gild material.The results showed that pure Cu and Fe-Cr alloy has lower wettability on Tio,as is not suitable for TiO binding phase.The addition of small amount of Mo,C in Cu can distinctly improve the wettability,while the addition of proper amount of Al,Ni and Si into Cu-Mo-C means alloy color similar to gold and good wearability as well as very high inferface bond strength with TiO,as are suitable as binding phase of TiO ceramic.The wettability of Fe-Cr alloy can be remarkably improved and the reaction at Fe-Tio interface can be controlled to form very high strength at the interface with TiO by addition of surface active substance A,Fe-Cr can be used as binding phaes of TiO Ceramic.
