摘要
对五氧化二铌粉末的主要物理性能 :粒形、晶体结构、平均粒径、比表面积和松装密度受煅烧温度影响而发生变化的过程进行了研究 ,找出了其随温度变化的规律 ,探讨了产生这些变化的原因。分析了五氧化二铌平均粒径 ,比表面积和松装密度三者之间的相关关系 ,以便于通过测定松装密度而快速地推测出大概的平均粒经和比表面积值。
Study is made of the variation mechanism of Nb 2O 5,main physical properties,ie grain shape,crystalline structure,average particle size,specific surface area and bulk density under calcination temperature.The law of the variation with the temperature variation is found out.Investigation is made on the reasons for the variation.Analysis is made of the relationship between Nb 2O 5 average particle size,specific surface area and bulk density so that the average particle size and specific surface area can be quickly calculated out by measuring the bulk density.
