摘要
棉子蛋白酶法水解的效果取决于酶的相对活力(RA).影响相对活力的主要因素是酶浓度、蛋白质浓度、温度、p^H值和时间.本文研究了这些因素与微生物蛋白酶相对活力的相互关系.
The effects of cottonseed proteolysis with enzyme depend on enzyme's relative activity ( RA). RA hinges on enzyme concentration,protein concentration, temperature, PH value and reaction time. And this paper studies the mutual relation between the previous factors and the relative activity of microorganism protein enzyme.
