摘要
本文对JFHX2箱式粉化率测定仪回转箱轴按稳定运转时、启动时两部分分析计算其扭矩,作为传动半轴设计依据,并导出物料在箱内滑动临界角β.通过大量生产试验测定,实际结果与理论计算基本相符.
In this article, the shaft torque of the trumbling box of JFHX2 box-type abrasion tester is analyzed and calculated under the conditions of stable working and starting.The torque is taken as the grounds in designing the transmission shaft, thus the sliding critical angle 3 of the material in the box can be calculated from it. Ample determination in production and experiments shows that the practical results basically correspond to their theoretical calculations.
