摘要
目的 呼吸纯氧可增加组织氧供 ,但同时使血管收缩 ,造成组织相对缺血。 Carbogen气体 (95 0 m L· L- 1 O2 +5 0 m L· L- 1 CO2 )是为解决氧供和血供矛盾而应用于临床的一种混合气体。早期人们注意到 ,carbogen气体可加快视网膜血流速度。随着研究技术的发展 ,人们对于 carbogen气体对视网膜微循环的作用有了进一步的认识。本文就 carbogen气体对视网膜组织氧含量、血流量、血管管径的影响 。
Objective Breathing pure oxygen can provide better tissue oxygenation, meanwhile it makes blood vessels contraction, leads tissue becoming relative ischemia.Carbogen(950mL·L -1 O 2+ 50mL·L -1 CO 2) is used to resolve the conflict between blood supply and oxygen supply.People knew carbogen could increase the speed of retinal blood early. With the development of experimental technique, people have made a further realisetion on the effect of carbogen on retinal microcirculation.So we summarize the influences of carbogen on retinal oxygenation, retinal blood flow, and retinal vessel caliber , as well as the clinical study of carbogen.
