VEGF及PD-ECGF在膀胱癌的表达及与肿瘤血管生成的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究膀胱移行细胞癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、血小板源性内皮细胞生长因子 (PD ECGF)的表达及肿瘤血管形成的情况及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法分析 6 8例原发性膀胱移行细胞癌的VEGF、PD ECGF的表达情况 ,检测CD34以计算微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 :膀胱癌中VEGF表达率为 6 1.76 % (42 / 6 8) ;PD ECGF表达率为 5 4 .4 1% (37/ 6 8) ;二者共同阳性表达率为 38.2 4 % (2 6 / 6 8)。VEGF、PD ECGF与膀胱癌的分级、分期和预后相关 ,并与MVD呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。此外二者之间也有相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :VEGF、PD ECGF能共同调节膀胱癌的血管形成 。 Objective: Our aim was to determine the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet derived endothelial cell growth factor (PD ECGF) and intratumor microvessel formation in primary transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF, PD ECGF, and CD34 in 68 cases of primary bladder carcinoma. We calculated the microvessel density (MVD) by using CD34. Results: The expression rates of VEGF and PD ECGF in primary bladder carcinoma are 61.76% (42/68) and 54.41% (37/68) respectively.The coexpression rate is 38.24% (26/68).The VEGF and PD ECGF were statistically related with the MVD, grades, progression and prognosis of bladder carcinoma(P<0.05). They were also related with each other(P<0.05). Conclusion: The VEGF and PD ECGF can up regulate the microvessel formation in bladder carcinoma simultaneously. They can be used to determine the biological characteristics of primary bladder carcinoma.
