兔腰神经根持续压迫时脊髓前角运动细胞的酶学变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨脊神经根持续性受压损伤后相应脊髓前角运动细胞的酶学变化。方法 :健康雄性日本大耳白兔 30只 ,随机分成实验组与对照组 ,各 15只。实验组行L7椎板切除术后以微血管夹钳夹右侧L7神经根制成神经根机械压迫动物模型 ,对照组仅行L7椎板切除术。分别于术后 3,7,14d切取L7脊髓节段 ,定量分析脊髓前角运动细胞内乙酰胆碱脂酶 (AChE)和酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)的活性变化。结果 :术后 3,7,14d脊髓前角运动细胞AChE活性以灰度值表示分别为 180 .88± 11.2 2、2 0 7.30± 9.12、2 15 .0 3± 7.92 ,ACP活性分别为 15 5 .31± 16 .2 4、133.0 8± 7.6 9、10 7.4 1± 7.88,与对照组比较差异十分显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :脊神经根持续受压可导致其相应脊髓节段前角运动细胞功能受损。 Objective: Our aim was to study the enzymic changes of motorneuron in ventral horn of the spinal cord after continuous compression on spinal nerve root. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group (n=15) and experimental group (n=15). In the experimental group the rabbits right L 7 spinal nerve roots were clamped with a microclip after laminectomy. In the control group the rabbits underwent laminectomy. The activities of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in the spinal motorneuron were examined respectively after 3, 7 and 14 days. Results: The activities of AChE in the experimental group decreased gradually, and that of ACP increased gradully. Conclusion: The motorneuron in ventral horn of the spinal cord would show dying back process after continuous compression on the spinal nerve root.
