摘要 目的 :探讨双酚A(bisphenolA ,BPA)对雄性小鼠生殖系统的影响。方法 :观察BPA染毒的雄性小鼠精子畸形率、精子计数、活动精子百分率、睾丸和附睾的脏器系数。结果 :高、低剂量组 (5 0 0 μmol/kg、10 0 μmol/kg)的精子数下降 ,畸形率明显升高。高剂量组的活动精子百分率下降。结论 :BPA对雄性小鼠生殖系统有损伤作用。 Objective: Our purpose was to study the effect of bisphenol A (BPA) on the reproductive system of male mice. Methods: We studied the effect of BPA by using the sperm abnormality test, total sperm count, the percentage of sperm mobility, testicular and epididymal viscera coefficient in the male mice. Results: Total sperm count decreased and the rate of sperm abnormality increased significantly in the experimental groups with 100 μmol/kg and 500 μmol/kg of BPA.The percentage of sperm mobility decreased in high dose group of BPA.Conclusion: BPA may affect the reproductive system of male mice.
