三维CT血管造影术在颅内动脉瘤中的临床应用
摘要
为评价三维CT血管造影术 (3D CTA)对颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值。对 2 5例蛛网膜下腔出血病人行螺旋CT检查 ,将数据输入工作站行图像三维重建。对其中 2 4例先行数字减影血管造影术 (DSA)检查。对比分析结果表明 :3D CTA对动脉瘤检出率达 10 0 % ;3D CTA对动脉瘤的瘤体、瘤颈及周围结构关系显示良好 ;可显示附壁血栓及钙化。 3D CTA对DSA是一种重要补充。
