反相高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑的含量及其有关物质 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑的含量及其有关物质。方法 :采用InertsilODSC18色谱柱 (5 μm ,4 .6mm× 15 0mm) ,以乙腈 水 (10∶90 )为流动相 ,流速 1.5mL·min-1,检测波长 :32 0nm。结果 :反相高效液相色谱法测定的线性范围为 0 .5~ 70 0 .0 μg·mL-1,相关系数r =0 .9999;日内精密度为 0 .38% (n =6 ) ,日间精密度为 0 .4 4 % (n =6 )。结论 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定塞克硝唑的含量及有关物质 ,方法简便、快速、准确。 Objective:A RP HPLC method was established for the determination of secnidazole and its related substances.Methods:The separation was performed on a Inertsil C 18 column(5μm, 4.6mm× 150mm).The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile:water=10∶90.The flow rate was 1.5mL·min -1 .The detection was carried out with a UV detector at 320nm.Results:The calibration curves were linear between 0.5~700.0μg·mL -1 ( r =0.9999).Intra day and inter day RSD were 0.38% ( n =6)and 0.44%( n =6).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and is suitable for the determination of secnidazole and its related substances.
