摘要
目的 :研究酪立宁胶囊对实验性腹泻小鼠的止泻作用。方法 :利用熊氏抗生素致腹泻的动物模型给BALB/C小鼠灌服氨苄青霉素钠 0 .15g ,bid ,引起腹泻。再予酪立宁胶囊 10 7cfu·mL-1和 10 6cfu·mL-1,bid。对照药米雅片 10 7cfu·mL-1和 10 6cfu·mL-1,bid ,灌胃体积均为 0 .5mL ;空白对照给生理氯化钠溶液 0 .5mL ,灌胃 ,连续3d ,观测给药后小鼠的排便及肠道菌群变化情况。结果 :造型后 10 0 %小鼠出现腹泻。给药d2酪立宁胶囊和米雅片 10 7cfu·mL-1剂量组分别有 87.0 %和 80 %小鼠恢复正常便 ,生理氯化钠溶液组为 5 0 % ,酪酸梭菌在肠道定植。二给药组的乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌活菌数较生理氯化钠溶液组显著增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :酪立宁胶囊对实验性腹泻小鼠有明显止泻作用。
Objective:To study anti diarrhea effect of Laolining (LLN) capsule in mice with experimental diarrhea.Methods:According to the methods of Xiong's diarrhea model of animal caused by antibiotics,150 BALB/C of mice were given orally 0.15g of twice daily and randomly equally divided into 5 groups,2 groups for LLN capsule of 10 7cfu·mL -1 and 10 6cfu·mL -1 ,0.5mL, po ,bid,2 groups for Miya tablet of 10 7cfu·mL -1 and 10 6cfu·mL -1 ,0.5mL, po ,bid,and one group for normal saline 0.5 mL for 3d.The changes of becterial group and defecation were observed after treatment.Results:The experimental diarrhea was occurred in all mice.At the second day the antidiarrheic rate in LLN capsule(10 7 cfu·mL -1 ) group.Miya tablet (10 7cfu·mL -1 ) group and normal saline group was 87.0%, 80% and 50% respectively,and Clostridium butyricum was colonizated in interstinal tract.The viable bacteria amounts of Bifidobacterium and L.lactis of two treatment groups were significantly increased in comparison with normal saline group ( P <0.01). Conclusion:LLN capsule has obvious anti diarrhea effect in mice with experimental diarrhea.
