摘要 目的 :研究酪酸梭菌对肠出血性大肠杆菌、痢疾志贺菌、霍乱沙门菌、霍乱弧菌等肠道致病菌以及婴儿双歧杆菌的抑制作用。方法 :先将酪酸梭菌、痢疾杆菌等分别进行单独培养 ,测定不同培养时间内的pH值和活菌数 ,然后将酪酸梭菌分别和致病菌进行混合培养 ,再测量 pH值和活菌数 ,并与单独培养时的测定情况进行比较。结果 :酪酸梭菌对婴儿双歧杆菌无抑制作用 ,对肠出血性大肠杆菌、痢疾志贺菌、霍乱沙门菌、霍乱弧菌均有显著的抑制作用。结论 Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of Clostridium butyricum(C B) on Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia.coli (EHEC), Shigella dysenteriae , Salmonella cholerae , Cholera vibrio which belong to pathogenic bacteria of intestinal tract as well as Bifidobacterium infatis .Methods:C B and other bacteria was singly cultured respeclively,and pH levels and viable bacteria amounts were determined at various time,then C B were mixedly cultured with other bacteria respectively,and pH levels and viable bacteria amounts were also determined,and the data obtained from the single and mixed cultwre were compared.Results:C B had no inhibitory effect on the Bifidobacterium infatis but had obvious inhibitory effect on the EHEC, Shigella dysenteriae , Salmonella cholerae and Cholera vibrio .Conclusion:C B is of obvious inhibitory effect on the pathyogenic becteriae of intestinal tract.
