原发性胆囊癌抑癌基因DPC4蛋白表达及其意义

摘要 目的 :探讨抑癌基因DPC4 (Smad4 )蛋白在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 2 0例原发性胆囊癌抑癌基因DPC4 (Smad4 )蛋白的表达。结果 :胆囊癌肿瘤细胞DPC4 (Smad4 )蛋白的阳性反应率为 75 % (15 /2 0 ) ,慢性胆囊炎粘膜阳性反应率为 10 0 % (13/13) ,两者比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :DPC4 (Smad4 )蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度有一定关系 ,高分化胆囊腺癌中DPC4 (Smad4 )蛋白阳性表达率明显高于低分化腺癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示DPC4基因表达参与胆囊癌的发生、发展过程。 Objective:To investigate protein expression and significance of tumor suppressor gene DPC4(deleted in pancreatic cancer locus 4) in primary gallbladder carcinomas.Methods:We studied protein expression of tumor suppressor gene DPC4(Smad4) in 20 cases of primary gallbladder carcinomas by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rate was 75% in primary gallbladder carcinomas and 100% in chronic cholecystits,and both had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Protein expression in DPC4(Smad4) was relative in degree of carcinomas differentiation. The positive rate of protein DPC4(Smad4) in high degree of differentiation was higher than in low degree. It was pointed out that tumor suppressor gene DPC4(Smad4) took part in the process of the occurrence and development of carcinomas.
