摘要
文章分析了当前国内外鱼类能量测定的各种方法与差异,通过对己有实验数据分析发现,鱼类对饲料中碳水化合物的利用率较低,对蛋白质饲料的利用率较高.
This article analyses various methods and differences of determining fish energy at home and abroad at present. And it is discovered after the analysis of the existing experimental data the utilization rate of the carbohydrate in feed by fish is a little low but its utilization rate of protein is a little high.
