摘要
目的 :观察抗孕唑对妊娠大鼠子宫收缩力的影响。方法 :以妊娠大鼠的离体子宫为材料 ,加入不同浓度的药物 ,以宫缩张力达最大高度为观察指标。结果 :随着抗孕唑浓度从 1× 10 -9mol·L-1增加到 1× 10 -8,1×10 -7mol·L-1,宫缩作用逐渐增强。 5× 10 -3 和 5× 10 -2 IU·mL-1的催产素对肌注抗孕唑的实验组孕鼠的离体子宫收缩高度分别为 (5 2 .7± 6 .3)和 (10 2 .3± 8.3)mm ,而对肌注茶油的对照组的离体孕鼠子宫的收缩高度分别为(2 6 .5± 3.8)和 (6 5 .5± 7.5 )mm ,2 .6× 10 -7和 2 .6× 10 -6mol·L-1的米索前列醇对实验组的宫缩高度分别为(32 .6± 3.5 )和 (2 5 .5± 4 .0 )mm ,而对照组宫缩高度分别为 (2 3.5± 4 .5 )和 (9.7± 2 .1)mm。结论 :抗孕唑对妊娠大鼠不仅有较弱的直接宫缩作用 ,还能提高子宫对催产素和米索前列醇的敏感性。
Objectives:To observe the effects of DL111 IT on uterine contractivity of pregnant rats in vitro .Methods:The drugs were dropped into early pregnant rat's uterus,and the biggest contractivity was observed as an indication.Results:The contractive intensity was increased with the level elevation of DL111 IT from 1×10 -9 to 1×10 -8 ,1×10 -7 mol·L -1 .After rats were administered intramuscularly by DL111 IT 3mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ,the contractivity of early pregnant rats uterus treated with oxytocin 5×10 -3 and 5×10 -2 IU·mL -1 were (52.7±6.3) and (102.3±8.3) mm respectively,while that of the tea seed oil control group were(26.5±3.8)and (65.5±7.5)mm respectively;and the contractivity of early pregnant rats uterus treated with misoprostol 2.6×10 -7 and 2.6×10 -6 mol·L -1 were (32.6±3.5) and (25.5±4.0)mm respectively,while that of control group were(23.5± 4.5) and (9.7±2.1)mm respectively. Conclusion:DL111 IT can increase weakily the uterine contractivity in pregnant rats,and also enhance the sensitivity of uterus contraction in early pregnant rats to oxytocin and misoprostol.
