HPLC法测定祛斑颗粒中丹参素的含量

Determination of danchensu in Quban granula by HPLC

目的 :建立祛斑颗粒中丹参素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC测定祛斑颗粒中丹参素的含量 ,采用C18柱 ,乙腈 水 磷酸 (2∶6 0∶0 .5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :平均加样回收率为 99.1% ,RSD为0 .4 9%。结论 :本法操作简便 ,易行 ,具有实用性。

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of danchensu in Quban granula.Methods:Danchensu was determined on C 18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile water phosphoric acid(2∶60∶0.5) and detection wavelength at 280nm.Results:The average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 0.49%.Conclusion:The method is simple,quick,accurate and reproducible.
