摘要
目的 观察重复 +GZ应激对大鼠血清心肌酶谱的影响 ,进一步验证 +GZ对心肌的损伤效应。 方法 2 4只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、+1GZ 组和 +10 GZ组 (每组 n=8)。+10 GZ组实验条件为 :+10 GZ峰值 30 s,5次 / d(间隔 +1GZ1m in) ,3d /周 ,共 3周 ;+1GZ组每天+1GZ暴露 5 min,对照组不受加速度作用。于末次 +GZ实验后次日断头处死大鼠 ,收集血清 ,用全自动生化分析仪测定心肌酶谱的变化。 结果 +1GZ组与对照组相比血清心肌酶谱无明显差别 ,+10 GZ组血清乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶及其同工酶、谷草转氨酶活性均较对照组和+1GZ组显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 重复 +GZ应激使大鼠血清心肌酶谱明显升高 ,进一步证实了高 G应激可致心肌细胞损伤。
Objective To observe the change of serum myocardial enzymogram of rats after repeated high +G Z stress so as to further verify the damage effect of +G Z on myocardium. Methods Twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:control,+1 G Z and +10 G Z groups (n=8 for each).The rats of +10 G Z group were exposed to 5 plateaus of 30 s at +10 G Z with +1 G Z 1 min intervals, three times a week, for three weeks; while rats of +1 G Z group were submitted to +1 G Z 5 min daily. The rats of control group didn't undergo acceleration stress. These animals were decapitated in the next day after the last centrifuge run and the serum was collected for myocardial enzymogram measuring by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results There were no significant differences of serum myocardial enzymogram between the control group and +1 G Z group. But, the serum enzymatic activities of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), α-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase (α-HBD), creatine phosphokinase (CK) and its isoenzyme (CK-MB) and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) in +10 G Z group were significantly higher than those in control group and +1 G Z group(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum myocardial enzymogram of rats were significantly increased after repeated +10 G Z exposure, which further confirms that high +G Z stress can induce cardiac damage.
